Member Information

Club Membership fees for 2007 are:
Senior Ł60.00 - Juniors Ł30.00 . membership fees are due by 1st January every year
Social Membership for Shaw Lane Ł8.00

GNAS fees to cover insurance for the year are

Senior Ł35.50 - Junior Ł2.75

Club Membership fees are on a pro rata basis for new members joining throughout the year.

The annual AGM was held in the Walker suite in the main clubhouse on Thursday 12th October.
The meeting was well attended and a lively meeting took place.
Reports from the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Records Officer were presented to the meeting.
The following positions were up for re-election at the meeting.
Vice Chairman and Secretary. Ian Foster the current secretary had decided not to seek re-election and
Steve Jones was elected Secretary.
Mick Fitzpatrick dediced to resign the position of Treasurer and Gwen Smith was subsequently elected
to be Treasurer.
Mick Fitzpatrick was nominated for the position of Vice Chair, previously held by Steve Jones and
subsequently elected.
Ian Foster will be involved in the running and organisation of the beginners courses.

Therefore current structure is:

Chairman - Ian Smith
Vice Chairman - Mick Fitzpatrick
Secretary -
Treasurer - Gwen Smith
Records Officer - Marina Rose

At the meeting it was proposed to confer Honorary Life Membership to Malcolm Holt and was
unanimously accepted.

Fees for membership for 2007 were discussed and it was decided that there would not be a rise in fees.

Future meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of every month and all members are encouraged
to attend and give there views.
