Club Open Tournaments

The Club host three Open Tournaments a year:

The Early Bird Western which is held on the first Sunday in March each year.

The Barnsley Annual Longbow, Albion & Windsors tournament which is held on the last weekend in September each year.

The Indoor Portsmouth which is held the third Sunday in January each year.

Club Internal Tournaments

The Club also hosts two internal handicap tournaments:

Indoor Handicap: Usually held in March the tournament comprises a Portsmouth round with handicap shield being presented to the club archer who has performed closest to their handicap.
Additionally medals are awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd in all categories dependent on entry.

Outdoor Handicap: Usually held in September the tournament comprises Albion and Windsor rounds with a handicap shield being presented to the club archer who has performed closest to their handicap.
